Tenniszon commits itself to deliver all ordered items in a single shipment (except for products delivered directly from the supplier). In the event that a product ordered is no longer available due to an inventory error or a lack of inventory at the supplier's, Tenniszon will promptly communicate with the client in order to adjust the order, either by replacing the product by another or by cancelling the article, which will be reimbursed. In the case where an article is on backorder, the client will be offered the option to wait for the product or not. In this situation, the customer will receive two separate shipments.
