Returns
Purchased on the website
To save time, we offer you the possibility to try on different sizes or colors of a product and return them to us within 60 days of receiving your order (SEE RESTRICTIONS AND DETAILS BELOW).
For every return, we will deduct a fee which covers the expense for the prepaid label from your refund during processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable in any case.
Products purchased online can be returned up to 60 days after the invoice date for a full refund.
We refund; but do not exchange: It is faster to consider each transaction separately. If you prefer another size or color, order a new product and return the unwanted product to us.
Products must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when received.
ADJUSTMENT TO REFUNDS FOR VOLUME-BASED DISCOUNTED ITEMS
If you return items that qualified for a quantity-based discount (e.g., "buy a minimum of three shirts for an extra 20% off"), please note that if part of the order is returned and the remaining items fall below the required quantity for the discount, the refunded amount will be adjusted to reflect the removal of the discount.
International Returns
Be advised that you will be responsible for all return postage, customs, taxes and other charges associated with the return. We strongly suggest contacting the chosen carrier to minimize these charges.
Purchased in store
The deadline for returning an item to the store is 60 days following the purchase of the product with proof of purchase.
The product must be returned in its original/new condition, including all labels and packaging.
If the conditions are respected, the client will be able to choose between a refund on the method of payment used for the initial purchase or an exchange in store.
Tenniszon does not make any refunds nor exchanges on products won during events or galas organised by our partners, these items are final sales.
Tenniszon cannot exchange or refund products from competitors, even if we have the same product in store.
Return an item in 4 easy steps
1. Authorize your return:
To return your product, log in to your account and submit a return authorization form. Don't have an account? Use our guest return form.
2. Return your package:
Place the products you wish to return in the original packaging and seal it.
3. Print & apply the return label:
Print the return label and cover the original shipping label on the sealed package.
4. Ship the package containing the items to be returned:
Take your package to the delivery company listed on the return label.
EXCEPTIONS:
Used racquets purchased are a final sale.
Court equipment (ball launchers, stringing machines, ball baskets, etc.) sent directly from the manufacturer or picked up at a Tenniszon store must be authorized for return by Tenniszon. A warranty for defects may be offered by the manufacturer. You can communicate with Tenniszon by email at web@tenniszon.com to obtain this return authorization.
Return conditions
Tenniszon commits itself to inspect all products before they are delivered and to make sure that they are in good condition.
FOR SHOES
Shoes returned to Tenniszon must not have been worn and/or used except for a normal trial as it would have been done in a store (no dirt, no smell).
Shoes must be returned in the original manufacturer's box. When shipping, the original box must be packed in the original shipping carton or cardboard box.
In the event that the box/packaging is damaged or the packaging used damages the box (ex: Ducttape), a $15 fee will be deducted from the refund.
FOR A RACQUET
A racquet must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including any packaging such as the plastic cover on the grip.
For a racquet that has been strung, the price of the stringing and installation will not be refunded. Only the price of the frame will be refunded.
Only a racquet with no ball marks and no scratches on the racquet or its bumper guard will be exchanged or refunded in full (without strings).
A returned racquet must be sent in the same or similar box as the one sent with the original delivery.
FOR AN ITEM OF CLOTHING:
An item of clothing must be returned in the same condition as it was received. The tags must not be removed. Any decorative elements (logo, print) must be present on the item.
The garment must not have been washed or worn, including makeup or deodorant.
A returned garment must be sent in the same or similar box as the original delivery.
SLINGER
Any Slinger Bag Product you wish to return must be in new and unused condition with all packaging intact as per the original shipment for the relevant item.
Returns will be charged additional restocking fees as follows: Launchers: $100 in the Americas. Oscillators: $20 in the Americas. This return fee will be deducted from the amount to be issued to you as a refund. For any returns outside of the Americas, please contact your local country distributor. The cost for returns in other market locations may vary.
If your Slinger Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, missing packaging materials, or otherwise has signs of abuse or use, Tenniszon has the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Tenniszon’s sole discretion.
We do not offer any refunds for shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive or return your Slinger Bag Product.
Items returned for exchange or refund that do not comply with the policy will either be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense or accepted in whole or in part, at Tenniszon's discretion depending on the condition of the product.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
No exchange or refund is possible on the following products: Products at more than 50% off, Masks, underwear, water bottle, towel, gift card, used or damaged products (in the case of rackets, see policy below).
EXTERNAL price match policy
Tenniszon commits to adjust the price of an item to the posted price of a competitor IF the product meets the following conditions:
The product is displayed at a legitimate and verifiable Canadian retailer or by the company itself on its website or Canadian store (nb: Amazon is not an eligible retailer).
The same product under the same conditions is available for purchase at this retailer: Same version, same year, same color, same size, same condition (ex: new vs. used).
INTERNAL price adjustment policy
In the case where a customer buys a product from Tenniszon and it is discounted within 15 DAYS of purchase, the customer can request a credit for the difference by contacting web@tenniszon.com or by calling 514-331-8661. The refund will be made in the form of a gift card sent to the customer.
