Tenniszon commits itself to deliver all ordered items in a single shipment (except for products delivered directly from the supplier). In the event that a product ordered is no longer available due to an inventory error or a lack of inventory at the supplier's, Tenniszon will promptly communicate with the client in order to adjust the order, either by replacing the product by another or by cancelling the article, which will be reimbursed. In the case where an article is on backorder, the client will be offered the option to wait for the product or not. In this situation, the customer will receive two separate shipments.

International Shipping

While we are a Canada-based company, Tenniszon offers the possibility of shipping packages internationally. In the "Delivery" section of the checkout, enter your address to view the available rates. Please note that this estimate does not cover duties and import taxes from your country. Delivery times are estimates and do not account for possible customs delays. Shipping fees will be based on the the size and weight of the items purchased as well as the destination. Please note that custom fees may be required to be paid, of which Tenniszon cannot be responsible for. Please review with your local authority before purchasing. We do not refund custom fees.
